Folds verified learnings from a real MCP publish run (2026-11-02) into the install reference: org namespace 403 and token fix, OCI build and verify flow, no validate command, listing check, Docker MCP Registry route (checked against its CONTRIBUTING.md), leaked-history scrub, README block generation, Smithery yaml caveat (unverified), closing "who built this" section pattern (org-agnostic). SKILL.md gets one sentence; registry checklist updated where it conflicted (device flow auth) and gains a Docker row. No plugin version bump: CHANGELOG Unreleased is still pending for 0.1.0 follow-up. validate_skill.py prints ok.
