Software Update Bugfixes

Fixes issues with the softwareupdate command, including issues installing "Restart Required" updates and differentiating updates that require a Halt (usually on Intel systems with a T2 chip)

Removal of SoftwareUpdate --restart-policy flag

This flag was used to trigger a restart via a Jamf policy. Unfortunately, this method bypassed any update installation that was in progress, negating the point of the restart. It has been removed.
