Document CLI and skills onboarding

What changed

• add first-class homepage onboarding for Agent Skills, CLI + Skill, Hosted API, and the npm package
• document the complementary CLI and skills installation flow in the project README
• distinguish direct YouTube work from authenticated hosted operations
• add an inline icon copy control to installation snippets
• improve the installer selector on small screens
• replace the npm navbar link with a normal CLI + Skill link carrying a clear NEW badge
• add a stable navbar anchor for the installer section

Why

The homepage and README did not explain the new CLI and skills route clearly enough. The installation surfaces also needed to show that YouTube Direct works independently, while hosted agent operations pair the CLI with companion skills.

Impact

Users can now identify the correct route, copy the relevant installation commands, and understand when the CLI is required. Existing API, npm library, dashboard, pricing, and authentication behavior are unchanged.

Validation

• npm test -- --run in web/: 22 tests passed
• npm run build in web/: production build passed
• desktop and 390px mobile layouts visually verified
• installer anchor and mobile menu-close behavior verified
• git diff --check passed
