docs: reorganize references, and restructure Plugins into Add-ons

Reorganizes the docs so the optional-layer content is lookup-addressable and the ready-to-run packages share one home, following the divio "guides teach, references list" split.

References

• Moved the helpers section into the references: references/utilities, references/common-rpc-functions, references/interactive-auth, with references/helpers as their overview.
• Added references/services — lookup tables for the DevframeServicesHost methods, service tiers, wire-service definition/descriptor fields, and the advertised meta shape.

Add-ons (was Plugins)

• Renamed the Plugins section to Add-ons with two sub-categories:
  • Devframes — the eight built-in @devframes/plugin-* devframes (unchanged content).
  • Services — new per-service pages for the built-in wire services @devframes/service-open, -git, and -shiki, each with install, options, RPC functions, node API, and client usage.
• The Cross-Devframe Services guide and the references/services built-in table now link out to these Add-ons pages instead of duplicating them.

Wiring

• Header nav: "Plugins" → "Add-ons"; dropped helpers from the Adapters tab.
• Rewrote every internal /plugins/* and /helpers/* doc link (guides, references, and the Getting Started wizard component).
• Added vercel.json permanent redirects for all moved URLs (/plugins/* → /add-ons/devframes/*, /helpers/* → /references/*).
