Bump undici 7.30.1, @hono/node-server 2.1.5 and vitest 4.1.12, and override claude-agent-acp's pinned zod 4.6.5 to 4.6.6. Refresh Code OSS lockfiles within range for follow-redirects, @hono/node-server, hono, ip-address, qs, fast-uri and markdown-it.
