Codex summaries stopped about 10 days after Codex last ran, because diffr read
auth.jsonand never refreshed it.When the access token is within 5 minutes of expiry, diffr runs
codex app-serverand sendsaccount/readwithrefreshToken: true. Codex refreshes and saves its ownauth.json, then diffr reads it again. diffr still never writes Codex's credentials. Refresh tokens rotate on each refresh, so refreshing them in diffr would sign Codex out. stdin stays open until the reply, because the app server exits at end of input without answering.Checked by hand:
diffr config loginsreported ready, andcodex execstill worked.codexmissing from PATH or a revoked refresh token: "the Codex sign-in expired: runcodex login, and keepcodexon PATH so diffr can renew it".codexprocess.Whiteboard runs the pinned diffr binary, so this needs a diffr release and bump before Desktop picks it up.
