@timheuer I see in the original issue that there are https://github.com/devcontainers/images changes required. Would those be a prerequisite for this PR? |

The current hosted image is still producing the preview/RC bits. The tags are right, but needs to be rebuilt to get the latest forced image which is the GA build. But this change would work with the existing image as well since the tags are the same. |

Fixes #391 by updating the .NET 10 image choices and making it default option
