Migrates the existing MIT license contract to PEP 639/SPDX metadata, includes LICENSE explicitly, removes only the obsolete license classifier, and adds a regression test. Validation: 22 tests passed, 1 opt-in network test skipped; full wheel/sdist build passed; both license deprecation warnings are absent; both archives contain MIT License-Expression and LICENSE. No package publication or visibility change.
