## How This PR Solves The Issue Adds `src/content/blog/ddev-september-2026-newsletter.md`, scaffolding the September 2026 newsletter on the pattern of the August issue. Lead item is the Drupal AI Learners Club three-part live series, "Hobobiker Rides Again," with Randy as guest host: Oct 16 test-writing, Oct 23 static retirement, Oct 30 Drupal 6 to Drupal 11 migration, each with its Luma RSVP link. Remaining sections cover the v1.25.4 release and the snapshots post with its screencast, Pressable's official open-source DDEV add-on plus the French KingLand write-up, community projects (ddev-branchery, ddev-tailnet-proxy, TYPO3 Quickstarter 0.7.0, Knecht Cloud), and tutorials and talks from around the web (Shopware Open-Stage slides, Mailpit with Drupal 11 in Spanish, klytron.com workflow post). Governance points at advisory group meeting 2026-11-04 and discussion #8794; the group meets every two months, so there is no October meeting. Four placeholders remain, marked `REPLACE_ME`: the feature image (frontmatter block is commented out so the build stays green) and the September sponsorship figures and month comment. ## Manual Testing Instructions Read the post at https://20260922-sept-blog.ddev-com-front-end.pages.dev/blog/ddev-september-2026-newsletter/ and check that the external links resolve and the session descriptions match their Luma pages. ## Automated Testing Overview No tests needed; content-only change. `ddev prettier`, `ddev textlint`, and `ddev npm run build` pass, the latter including link validation across 26,109 links. ## Release/Deployment Notes Not ready to publish. ## How This PR Solves The Issue Adds the feature image for the September 2026 newsletter, "The Yampa River Flows Again," a pastel by Nancy Lewis, and enables the `featureImage` frontmatter block that was commented out in the scaffold. Recompressed from the 949 KB original to 750 KB at the same 2201x1608 dimensions, stripping metadata and using progressive encoding, which puts it in line with the August feature image. It was already under the 2 MB CI threshold, so this is housekeeping rather than a fix. ## Manual Testing Instructions Check that the feature image appears on https://20260922-sept-blog.ddev-com-front-end.pages.dev/blog/ddev-september-2026-newsletter/ and in the blog index card. ## Automated Testing Overview No tests needed; content-only change. `ddev prettier`, `ddev textlint`, and `ddev npm run build` pass, and no image under `public/` exceeds 2 MB. ## Release/Deployment Notes Still not ready to publish: the September sponsorship figures are `REPLACE_ME`. 🤖 Developed with assistance from [Claude Code](https://claude.ai/code) Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
