Depends on dbeaver/dbeaver#41869.

Summary

• send data source events for connections affected by folder move or deletion, including nested folders
• classify folder-only changes as NAVIGATION so open connections stay connected
• send the correct folder deletion and added/removed data source events
• add regression coverage for change classification and session disconnect behavior
