The "GRANTS ... ON" PR probably needed to be rebased before merging to detect this. The test still doesn't look right however, as the comment suggests.

Description
The "GRANTS ... ON" PR probably needed to be rebased before merging to detect this. The test still doesn't look right however, as the comment suggests.
I'll merge if this passes since CI is broken.
