programa aside status and install-mcp --with-devtools assumed Aside's DevTools was on port 9223, so status said it was off and the devtools server pointed at nothing. Aside uses Chrome's remote debugging and writes the real port to DevToolsActivePort. Status now reads that file and does a plain TCP check. The aside-devtools server registers chrome-devtools-mcp with --autoConnect --userDataDir; without --autoConnect it launches a new Chrome on Aside's profile.

install-mcp also registers Programa in Aside's own MCP settings (~/.aside/u/<account>/settings.json, mcp.servers.programa). It holds Aside's lock, writes atomically at 0600, and refuses if the file changed underneath it. It leaves alone a programa server that is not ours, and a settings file whose mcp or mcp.servers is not an object. uninstall-mcp removes the entry and status shows it. Aside reads servers only at startup, so quit and reopen Aside after installing.

ci.yml adds the new test to the CLI sweep list.

Verified on a real Mac: status reports ws://127.0.0.1:9222/devtools/browser/<id> and Programa registered in Aside. The CLI builds and the new test file (9 tests) passes against the built binary.

Not verified: Aside actually connecting to programa-mcp. That needs an Aside restart by the user.
