Trustless Estate Planning & Authenticated Posthumous Presence
Smart contracts for cryptographically-enforced wills. But more than that: infrastructure for a paradigm shift in identity management—where your face, voice, and values become a verifiable signature that persists beyond physical existence.

Traditional estate planning requires intermediaries—lawyers, courts, banks—each adding friction, cost, and points of failure. Digital assets (cryptocurrencies, NFTs) exist outside these systems entirely, often lost forever when their owners die.
But there's a deeper problem. When someone dies, we lose more than their possessions. We lose their voice, their perspective, their presence. Photos and videos capture moments, but not the person.
The Diary feature isn't just a journal. It's a training corpus.
When you record enough video entries—talking head content with your face, voice, mannerisms, and thoughts—you create the raw material for a digital double. This connects to the World Model: a framework for representing personality as adversarial equilibrium between competing internal drives.
Together, they enable:
┌─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┐
│ DIGITAL CONTINUITY │

│ CRYPTOGRAPHIC ATTESTATION │
│ │
│ Model weight hashes embedded in generated content │
│ → Proves authenticity: this came from YOUR model │
│ → Flags fakes: content without signature is suspect │
└─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┘
This inverts the deepfake problem. Instead of trying to detect fakes, you prove authenticity. Your face, voice, and psychological configuration become a natural identity signature. Content without your embedded attestation is suspect by default.
- Create a Will — Deploy a smart contract (with or without assets)
- Record Your Diary — Build a corpus of video entries (training data)
- Train Your Double — Use diary entries to create your digital twin while you're still alive
- Stay Active — Ping the contract periodically to prove you're alive
- Inactivity Triggers Execution — After configured interval without ping, heirs receive assets and diary access transfers
The digital double isn't just a posthumous feature. You can interact with your own model while alive—debugging your values, exploring hypotheticals, or simply having a persistent digital presence. The will execution just determines when others get access.

The main entry point. Creates individual Will contracts for users.
createWill(interval, heirs, distribution, erc20s, nfts)
createWillDiary()Governance: Dual co-founder system with primary/secondary addresses. Fee splitting (90/10). Configurable diary fee.
Each user gets their own Will contract holding their assets.
State Machine:
Empty→ Initial state for diary wills, awaiting configurationActive→ Configured with assets, heirs, and distributionExecuted→ Assets distributed, will complete
Inactivity Model: Instead of requiring proof of death, the contract uses inactivity. The owner "pings" periodically. After the configured interval passes without a ping, the will becomes executable.
Executor Window: A designated executor has 24 hours of exclusive execution rights. After that, anyone can trigger execution (incentivized by a 0.5% fee).
Supported Assets:
- Native ETH/XTZ
- ERC20 tokens (fungible)
- ERC721 NFTs (with per-NFT heir assignment)

Generative AI forces a reckoning with identity. When anyone can synthesize your face and voice, authenticity becomes the scarce resource. After Me turns this problem into an opportunity.
People pay for access to personalities—consultations, conversations, parasocial connection. Today this requires the person's time. Tomorrow:
- Async engagement — Fans interact with a creator's double on their schedule
- Real-time sessions — Video calls with authenticated digital twins
- Bespoke access — Pay for depth, not just time. Complex queries that require longer inference chains cost more.
The double knows it's not the original. The customer knows. But they get access to a faithful psychological model trained on thousands of hours of authentic content—arguably the next best thing.
Not all interactions are equal. A simple "what's your favorite color?" costs less to compute than "walk me through how you'd approach this ethical dilemma." The World Model's inference depth varies with query complexity—some questions trigger longer chains of internal deliberation.
The models themselves are deltas—sets of deviations from a baseline. Your psychological profile is how you differ from average tendencies. Your physical model is how your face, voice, and mannerisms deviate from a base mesh. Efficient to store, but still substantial compute to create and query at scale.
Proof of Intelligence provides the infrastructure: distributed training with cryptoeconomic incentives, dynamic compute allocation based on demand, and crowdsourced operation of these models.
The same infrastructure that runs digital doubles can protect them. A collective monitoring service scans content for unauthorized use of registered identities—detecting faces, voices, and psychological patterns that lack the owner's cryptographic attestation.
Think YouTube's Content ID, but for whole identities. When the network detects synthetic content using your likeness without your embedded signature, it gets flagged. The compute for this monitoring scales dynamically—After Me draws from and contributes to the shared pool as regulated by the system.
In the current paradigm, this works through traditional payment rails. But the architecture fits naturally on programmable money—micropayments per inference, revenue splits to heirs or estates, transparent accounting for digital labor performed by your model.
The bet: transparent systems beat discretionary authority. Code you can read beats promises you can't verify.

"A person isn't monolithic. They're a coalition of drives finding equilibrium. The structure of that equilibrium IS the personality."
Traditional wills preserve your stuff. After Me is infrastructure for preserving your self—or at least, a computationally faithful approximation that can speak for you when you no longer can.
The diary creates training data. The will creates the trigger. The cryptographic attestation creates trust. Together, they offer something new: authenticated posthumous presence.
Not immortality. But continuity.
