💡 What

Added a fast-path check (data.includes("vercel_blob_rw_")) in sanitizeString() inside app/lib/error-reporting.ts prior to executing the global regular expression replacement (VERCEL_BLOB_TOKEN_PATTERN).

🎯 Why

Regular expression execution (replace with global regex) incurs regex engine parsing and match traversal overhead even for strings that do not contain target tokens. In error reporting, the overwhelming majority of log messages, stack traces, and context string values do not contain Vercel Blob tokens. Short-circuiting with standard string inclusion bypasses the regex engine entirely for all non-matching strings.

📊 Impact

Reduces execution time for sanitizeString on typical log strings by ~61% (a 2.5x speedup), from ~462ms down to ~180ms per 1M operations in benchmarks.

🔬 Measurement

Benchmarked in Node v22 environment comparing data.replace(regex, ...) vs data.includes("vercel_blob_rw_") ? data.replace(...) : data over 1,000,000 string iterations. Verified that all 57 unit tests in pnpm test continue to pass without regressions.
