Since rewriting the links with BeautifulSoup will prettify the files anyway, it will be easier to view the diffs if they are pre-prettified.

Have a look and see if this looks reasonable. I left the
<a>anchor tags alone, but I switched the<img>tags to point to S3 and I removed the Flickr embedding script. Also, I fixed some elements that were image tags but should have been video tags.See also data collected in fieldnotes-restructuring. There you will find a log of all the relevant Flickr links I detected and how they map to urls in the s3 bucket.
