Define the Phase 2 work to stop remote sync of diff_traces while preserving local capture and protocol compatibility surfaces. The plan covers three active remote streams, zero-upload JSON compatibility reporting, tests, durable context synchronization, and the Phase 3 release gate. Keep diff_traces local while sce sync uploads only messages, parts, and agent_traces, preserving the server cursor and JSON compatibility entry during the staged release gate. Update orchestration, progress rendering, tests, and current-state documentation for the three-remote/four-local stream boundary.
