The Codex, OpenCode, and Pi adapters now instantiate one common test-only suite for persistence and recovery bookkeeping, covering durable replacement, malformed and version validation, cleanup idempotence, recovery transitions, and concurrent flush claims. Remove duplicated adapter-specific coverage and update the recovery safety documentation to reference the shared contract. Co-authored-by: SCE <sce@crocoder.dev>

Use each adapter's declared state version and the shared default implementation in conformance tests. Separate quiescent and populated fixtures so recovery transitions are tested with the state shapes they actually require, while removing the outdated parallel transaction contract.
