chore: upgrade @contentstack/delivery-sdk to v5

[cs-raj]

• Bump delivery-sdk to ^5.1.2; lockfile updated
• Replace next lint with eslint . (Next 16 removes next lint)
• Add eslint.config.mjs flat config; remove .eslintrc.json
