fix: suppress Snyk hardcoded-credential false positives in tests

Summary

• Snyk Code (CWE-798) flagged publish_details.put("user", ...) test-fixture values in TestEntryModel.java as hardcoded credentials
• Added // deepcode ignore NoHardcodedCredentials annotations on the three affected lines, since these are non-secret mock JSON field values, not real credentials
