EMEA Event Wall

1. Project Overview

EMEA Event Wall is a web application for publishing and discovering events conducted by different clubs and organizations within EMEA College.

The platform has two primary purposes:

1. EMEA Clubs can log in and publish/manage their events.
2. EMEA Students can browse all upcoming events and navigate to the respective registration form.

The application should act as a central event discovery platform for EMEA College.

2. Admin

• Admin login/dashboard
• Add, edit, activate/deactivate clubs
• Create/manage club accounts
• View and manage all events
• Approve/reject events
• Manage event categories

3. Clubs

• Club login/dashboard
• Manage club profile
• Create, edit and delete events
• Add poster, date, time, venue, description, category and registration link
• Submit events for admin approval
• Manage their own events only

4. Students

• No login required
• View published/upcoming events
• Search and filter by club/category/date
• View complete event details
• Click Register → redirect to the external registration form

5. Event Details

Each event should contain:

• Event title
• Description
• Poster
• Date & time
• Venue
• Organizing club
• Category
• Registration link
• Contact details

6. Main Flow

Admin: Manage Clubs → Manage/Approve Events → Event Wall

Club: Login → Create Event → Submit → Admin Approval → Published

Student: Event Wall → View Event → Register
