Revenue Ritual

I help Irish B2B sales teams eliminate admin waste and close more deals.

Not with AI SDR bots. Not with "set it and forget it" automation. With 15 years of sales experience, a whiteboard, and the willingness to sit in your team's Slack for a week to figure out what's actually broken.

Most "sales consultants" hand you a 40-page PDF and vanish. I embed. I map your leaks. I build workflows, playbooks, and CRM fixes your team can maintain without calling a developer. Then I train them and stick around for 30 days to make sure it sticks.

What I Do

Revenue Ritual is a B2B sales consulting service for Irish teams who are sick of losing deals to process chaos.

I don't sell software. I don't rent you a bot. I find where your revenue leaks — CRM gaps, manual follow-ups falling through cracks, deals stalling in no-man's-land — and I fix them with systems built around how your team actually works.

Some of this involves n8n/Make workflows. Some of it is a well-structured Airtable base and a playbook your team will actually read. The tool is whatever gets the job done. The job is: you close more deals with less admin pain.

The honest truth? Most sales teams don't need more tech. They need someone who's seen 200 pipelines to look at theirs and say "here's what's actually wrong."

And here's what I won't do: I won't sell you an "AI SDR" that spams LinkedIn. I won't promise a "live pipeline" that doesn't exist. I won't configure 2-3 "automations" and call it a transformation. That's not what this is.

Services

Service What You Get Investment
Revenue Leak Audit Full process mapping, CRM review, workflow analysis, written report with prioritized fixes €7,500
Systems Sprint Build + deploy 1-2 workflows (n8n/Make, CRM enrichment, follow-up playbooks), team training €1,995
LinkedIn Strategy Content strategy, outreach playbooks, profile optimization — built manually for your ICP €1,995/mo
Growth Package Audit + sprint + 30 days of systems care €8,500
Systems Care Monthly check-ins, tweaks, documentation updates €500/mo

Pilot offer: First 3 audit clients get the full audit for €2,500. In exchange, I ask for a case study interview (30 minutes, written up by me, approved by you before publication). You get €5,000 off. I get proof this works. Fair trade.

What That Means in Practice

Before:

  • Deals sit in "proposal sent" for 3 weeks with no follow-up
  • Your CRM is 40% accurate on a good day
  • Your best rep spends 6 hours a week on data entry
  • Nobody knows which leads are warm vs. cold
  • "I thought YOU were following up with them"

After:

  • Follow-up playbook your team actually follows (not software — a clear process with owners and deadlines)
  • CRM that reflects reality, with auto-updates where they make sense and manual checkpoints where they don't
  • Clear handoff rules: who does what, when, and how
  • Your reps selling instead of administrating
  • You know your real pipeline. Not the fantasy one.

How It Works

Step 1: Embed I spend a week in your world. Remote via Slack and Zoom, or on-site if you're in Dublin. I'm not auditing from a spreadsheet — I'm seeing how work actually happens. I join sales calls, watch how your team uses (or ignores) the CRM, and map where time and deals disappear.

Step 2: Map We build a leak map together. Where do deals die? Where does time disappear? Where's the confusion? This isn't a surprise presentation — it's collaborative. You know your business. I know where to look. We figure it out together.

Step 3: Build I build what we agreed on: workflows, playbooks, CRM structure, documentation. Built for your team, not a template I sell to everyone. If it involves automation, you own the n8n/Make instance — not me. If it's a playbook, it's in Notion where your team can find it.

Step 4: Transfer I train your team, document everything, and stick around for 30 days to answer "how do I...?" questions. Then I hand it over. You own it. No lock-in. No mystery code. No dependency on me.

All deliverables are signed via OpenSign. No fancy legal fees. Just clear terms, signed, done.

Why Me vs. The Alternatives

vs. Deep Purple AI: Deep Purple discovers problems. That's valuable. But discovery without delivery is just an expensive mirror. I don't just find your leaks — I fix them. Deep Purple discovers. We deliver.

vs. DevCommX: DevCommX rents you a bot. A monthly subscription for something that runs in the background. But bots break. Context changes. And when they do, you're stuck waiting for support. I build you a system your team understands, owns, and can adapt. They rent you a bot. We build you a system.

vs. Hiring a RevOps person: A full-time RevOps hire is €60k-€90k. For most Irish B2B teams of 5-50 people, that's overkill. You don't need someone optimizing your funnel full-time. You need someone to fix the biggest leaks, set up the systems, and get out of the way. That's what I do.

Background

15 years in B2B sales. Started as an SDR, worked up through AE to sales leadership. I've carried a bag. I've managed a team. I've sat in the Salesforce admin panel at 10pm wondering why the forecast is off by 40%.

I've seen the "sales enablement" industry from inside. Most of it is content marketing dressed up as strategy. Most "AI sales tools" are demo-ware that falls apart in week two.

So I built something different. Not because I'm special — because I got tired of watching good sales teams drown in admin that someone convinced them was "automation."

I live in Dublin. I work with Irish B2B teams because I understand the market, the culture, and the reality of selling here. I'm not trying to scale to 500 clients. I work with a handful of teams at a time because that's the only way to do this properly.

Building in Public

I write about what I'm learning and building:

  • LinkedIn — B2B sales systems, Irish market takes, occasional rant about CRM data hygiene
  • Revenue Ritual Blog — Deep dives on sales process, case studies, tool reviews
  • GitHub — Open-source skills and agent frameworks I build for fun

Tech Stack (What I Build With)

These are the tools I use to build systems for clients. Not what I sell — what I build with:

  • n8n — Workflow automation (self-hosted, client-owned)
  • Make — When the client already has a Make stack
  • Airtable — Flexible databases that don't require a CS degree to maintain
  • HubSpot / Salesforce / Pipedrive — Whatever CRM you have, I work with it
  • OpenSign — Document signing without the enterprise tax
  • Notion — Documentation that people actually read
  • Typeform — Intake forms that don't make your prospects want to die

I don't build software products. I build systems using these tools. Your team can maintain them without calling a developer. That's the point.

Open Source Skills

I publish agent skills and frameworks I build:

Skill Description
kimi-council Multi-agent review system for high-stakes decisions
notebooklm-study-guide Turn NotebookLM exports into structured study guides
after-action-extraction Extract lessons from project retrospectives
decision-framework Structured decision-making with built-in dissent

All available in openclaw-skills.

Currently

  • Embedded with 2 Irish B2B teams fixing their sales processes
  • Building a revenue leak audit methodology I actually believe in
  • Learning that the best "automation" is often just a clear decision tree written down
  • Trying to get better at saying no to projects that aren't a fit
  • Living in Dublin, drinking too much coffee, wondering if this whole thing will work

How to Work Together

Best fit: Irish B2B sales teams of 5-50 people with a CRM that's "fine" but nobody trusts the data. Teams who know they're leaking revenue but can't pin down where.

Not a fit: Early-stage startups with no sales process yet (I can't fix what doesn't exist). Teams looking for a "set it and forget it" AI solution. Anyone who thinks AI will replace their sales team.
