The last pass before the repo goes public: one data-loss fix on the iPhone, and docs that say what is true now.
iPhone shares kept on sign-out. The App Group drain (
apps/ios/lib/data.ts) deleted a share, and its file, on any error except offline. So an expired sign-in threw away what someone had shared from another app. Now only a refusal that retrying can't fix (a 4xx), or an unreadable record, drops it. Signed out, busy or down keeps it for next time. The record's body also carries its file name asclientKey(#112), so when the body lands but the upload fails, retrying makes no second Note.Docs:
docs/history/is gone. It said of itself that none of it was current, and git keeps it.CLAUDE.mdand the launch checklist no longer point at it.docs/handover/README.mdis now about the boards, the brand and the original brief. It no longer reads as a hand-over to an agent, and the placeholder list and moved-file paths are gone.docs/architecture.mdand CLAUDE.md's "Decisions that differ".docs/self-host.mdhasDIGEST_SECRET,MINIO_PORTandMAILPIT_PORT.docs/store/README.mdsays what the nine translated listing files are for.Checks: typecheck, lint and 445 unit tests pass. The web app is untouched apart from docs, so no e2e changes.
