A new blog post is announced to IndexNow (Bing, plus Yandex, Seznam and Naver) in all ten languages as soon as it is out, so it doesn't wait for a crawl.
lib/indexnow.ts: the minute's scheduled run announces posts dated in the last three days, each claimed once (claimOnce, whose claims last seven days), so a post goes once. Onlyhttps://getpluck.ioannounces. Self-hosted copies, dev and e2e stay quiet. A failed announcement is logged and not retried, since the sitemap still lists the post.public/<key>.txtis the key file the protocol checks.docs/i18n.md's blog section says the post'sdateis its go-out day and what happens then.The nine posts dated today go out once with the first cron tick after this deploys. I'll send the other site pages to IndexNow once by hand.
