The browser-tools guide was missing from the website build, and everyday guides still omitted the new menu entries and shortcuts. Publish the guide in the documentation sidebar, update README/quickstart/troubleshooting and inline help, and distinguish available menu actions from terminal paste and startup-only unpacked-extension loading. Mark these mainline features as pending release.
Verify Developer tools, Copy selected text and Extensions through the real F10 menu with both keyboard and mouse activation, including scrolling in a short terminal. Update the website crawler's expected guide count and require the Browser tools route to be reachable.
Validation: focused Go UI/menu tests with the race detector pass; all five website tests pass (link crawl, mobile layouts, clipboard, fonts and welcome behavior). No browser runtime or protocol changes.
