Adds the podcast-live-recording template to the Podcast category.

• Adds a live-recording badge with a circular indicator.
• Supports show name, episode topic, and optional event details.
• Improves text contrast and metadata label readability.
• Handles blank optional fields and long episode topics.
• Exports and registers the template.
• Adds six tests for rendering, blank fields, truncation, contrast, and registration.
