Sync skills to 8eef103 and record the runtime smoke test - #3
This makes coderabbitai/antigravity-plugin ready to become the Antigravity source for CodeRabbit, and records the first runtime evidence.
Upstream pin:coderabbitai/skills moves from 59945da to 8eef103 (current main). The only skill change upstream is the review usage and paid-offer guidance from Guide agents through review usage and paid offers skills#65. All existing transformations in scripts/sync-upstream.mjs still apply unchanged.
Smoke test:docs/smoke-test.md now records a partial run on Antigravity CLI 1.4.10. Discovery and an uncommitted-change review passed. The remaining steps are listed as not run.
The companion change, coderabbitai/skills#74, points Antigravity users to this repository.
agy -p review of a disposable repository with two known bugs: the agent loaded the routing rule and coderabbit-review, ran auth status --agent and review --agent --uncommitted (80 seconds), and reported both findings as major with completion status. No files changed.
For comparison, the live Marketplace package (coderabbit 1.2.0 from antigravity-plugins-partners, built from coderabbitai/skills) produced the same two findings on the same repository.
Headless permission finding. The bundled guidance runs the CLI through a quoted absolute path. Antigravity allow rules did not match the quoted command name, so print mode denied review --agent even with explicit allow rules. The recorded runs told the agent to drop the quotes. Interactive sessions show an approval prompt instead. This needs a decision in the upstream guidance before headless or CI use.

These are not changed in this PR:
Version: the live listing is 1.2.0. This package is 0.1.0, and Google's docs say clients detect updates by version. Bump past 1.2.0 before the listing moves.
Renamed components: installed users have code-review, autofix, code-reviewer, and autofix today. This package ships coderabbit-review, coderabbit-autofix, coderabbit-reviewer, and coderabbit-autofix-planner, so slash commands change for existing users.
The runtime smoke test ran on main (83e4be0). This branch only changes the synced review guidance text, which was validated statically and not re-run in Antigravity.
Bump the coderabbitai/skills pin from 59945da to 8eef103 and regenerate
the review skill. The only upstream skill change is the review usage and
paid-offer guidance from coderabbitai/skills#65.
Record the first Antigravity CLI runtime smoke test: discovery and an
uncommitted-change review passed. Document that headless mode cannot
approve the quoted CLI path the guidance uses.

Walkthrough
The PR pins coderabbitai/skills to commit 8eef103 and updates the review guidance for usage checks and paid continuation. It also records partial Antigravity CLI smoke-test results, including a headless permission issue and remaining steps that were not run.

Summary
Upstream pin and review guidance .github/workflows/validate.yml, CONTRIBUTING.md, upstream.json, skills/coderabbit-review/*
The workflow, contribution instructions, and upstream metadata use skills commit 8eef103. The review guidance documents usage checks, fallback behavior, and authorized paid continuation.
Partial runtime smoke-test record docs/smoke-test.md
The document records plugin installation and validation, an uncommitted-change review with two findings, the headless permission issue, and steps not run. The recorded runtime test used main; the updated guidance was not re-run in Antigravity.
This PR advances the skills pin and clarifies usage and paid-continuation guidance, with no runtime behavior change. A small CI hardening step remains: disable credential persistence on the checkouts. This is low risk and mergeable with that follow-up.
Security architecture risk: Low · up to 47ae5
The update does not demonstrate expanded credential privileges or a new execution boundary. An existing CI credential-persistence finding remains, but the workflow retains read-only repository-content permissions and unchanged checkout controls.
Retained concerns
No architecture-level concerns identified.
Security review details
Security Blast Radius
inferred — The supported exposure concerns checkout credentials within the validation job. The workflow grants repository-content read authority; the comparison provides no evidence of newly granted write access or expanded service, organization, or environment authority. Effective runtime access was not independently observed.
Security Findings and Attack Paths
inferred — The retained credential-persistence finding is pre-existing, not a demonstrated regression. PR-controlled validation commands already run after the initial checkout, and this PR changes neither that execution opportunity nor the checkout credential controls. The finding remains relevant without becoming an active PR architecture concern.
Trust Boundaries and Controls
observed — The workflow uses pull_request and push triggers, read-only content permissions, pinned checkout actions, and pinned upstream revisions. No explicit workflow credential-cleanup step is present. Action-managed cleanup and behavior during cancellation or repeated attempts could not be established from the available implementation and runtime evidence.

Disable credential persistence on all three checkouts.
actions/checkout at the pinned commit defaults persist-credentials to true. That setting writes the GITHUB_TOKEN into the local git config of each checkout. This workflow runs npm ci, npm run check, and npm run package after the root checkout. Those steps execute scripts from the checked-out repository, including pull-request code on pull_request events. Those scripts can read the persisted token. The contents: read permission limits the token's scope, but it does not prevent the token from being persisted.
Set persist-credentials: false on the root checkout and on both upstream checkouts:
