Add a Reading entry to the Profile settings menu so readers can change shared reading preferences without opening a book. Reuse ReaderSettingsPanel in an embedded screen while preserving its existing in-reader modal behavior and book-specific controls.
Validation: 15 mobile tests and mobile TypeScript checking pass. No new Biome diagnostics relative to upstream; new files pass Biome. No dependency changes. The clean upstream branch has not been smoke-tested on a physical device.
