Add an opt-in Android reading setting that keeps the display awake only while the reader is focused. Release the native keep-awake claim when the setting is disabled or the reader loses focus, and provide labels in all seven existing locales.
Declare expo-keep-awake at the version already resolved by upstream's Expo dependency tree. No existing dependency versions change.
Validation: 16 mobile tests and mobile TypeScript checking pass. No new Biome diagnostics relative to upstream; new files pass Biome. The clean upstream branch has not been smoke-tested on a physical device.
