Add shell completion scripts for bash, zsh, and fish.
The initial version of the scripts were vibe-coded, there were shortfalls in those versions, so I fixed them manually. There may be issues that I'm not aware of since this is my first time working on shell completion scripts.
An alternative approach that may be better is to use something like Carapace.
