Google Play Deploy Steps

Put Firebase analytics and crashlytics in place

• add google-services.json file in the app folder
• make sure apply plugin lines are not commented out in build.gradle

Increase version number

• make sure to increase the version no in the build.gradle file

Setup for Fastlane

• add fastlane/gpa.json in order to use fastlane for deploying - path to it should be filled in Appfile
• check that keystore.properties file has all fields filled in

Main lanes

• internal - submit app to store in internal testing
• beta - submit app to store in beta
• release - submit new app release to store

Prepare store presence

• photos
• other details & texts
• review audience & other settings
• check available privacy policy docs
