It seems that there is no configuration option for cppcheck in codacy, which means no way to pass in the "-I ." flag that makes #include <myproject/file.h> work as intended. As a result, my codacy report emits thousands of errors and my project 'code quality' has gone from 'A' to 'F' overnight. Hope this can be fixed, not sure what changed suddenly to cause this, other than that we had some large commits to our main branch (project ascend4/ascend4 on github)
