cut(e2e): envdsmoke moves to sandbox-operator; sandbox keeps no envd knowledge - #263

…knowledge The e2b flavor's envd smoke and its node script now live with the e2b layer (sandbox-operator test/envdsmoke, scripts/envd-e2e.sh), rewritten on the operator's own client; here the flavor is an image like any other, the pool warmup a shell command and the relay a byte pipe. guestserver's doc names no daemon, and the engine test's fixture image is a plain name.

Companion of sandbox-operator #81. Removes
e2e/cmd/envdsmokeandscripts/envd-e2e.sh(nowtest/envdsmokeandscripts/envd-e2e.shin sandbox-operator, on its own client), points docs/e2b.md's "Proving it" at them, drops the README entry and the .gitignore line, rewords guestserver's doc to name no daemon, and gives the engine test's fixture image a plain name. After this,git grep -i 'e2b|envd'over sandbox's Go/Rust/Python/sh finds nothing outside docs (the flavor docs and image build stay).
