chore: Sync i18n messages

Description

Merging my button dropdown stuff, but there are also a number of other changes that contributors have been excluding from their PRs — makes sense to keep the PR relevant, but that means we have these "unowned" strings that will keep showing up until we merge them in.

Checking if the multi-column stuff is reasonably stable to merge asynchronously.
