Add tasks to bootstrap a kind environment with ImageVolume feature gate enabled and install CNPG operator. Everything runs through dagger so no additional runtime dependencies are needed. Signed-off-by: Gabriele Fedi <gabriele.fedi@enterprisedb.com>
