Description
Three packages are installed to get barman-cloud built/installed: build-essential, python3-dev, and python3-pip (plus python3-psycopg2). After the pip3 install step completes, the cleanup line only removes build-essential and python3-dev. python3-pip is never removed.

Fix
Add python3-pip to the removal step (and purge its now-unneeded dependents) once barman is installed
Attached the before/after SBOM reports showing impact on the installed packages.
