This PR introduces the new configuration parameters now used by storage-cli (S3 client) into the CAPI release. . The complete list of supported parameters can be found in the storage-cli's s3 config definition: https://github.com/cloudfoundry/storage-cli/blob/main/s3/config/config.go .
