• Or don't implement the retry with local bcd version for image versions > 6.2

Currently there is problem for image creation on win server 2025 and win 11 and the fix for Win7 images on Win10 / Server 2k16 hosts seems to help here as well.

Thanks @Nils98Ar, much appreciated. I will add a follow up commit to better log the versions of bcdboot/windows host/windows to be created in case of failures.

@ader1990 It might also be useful to check if there's a way to configure windows device guard / code integrity / virtualization-based security to allow the execution of bcdboot.exe from the mounted vhdx, but I've had no luck so far.
