- Record the repository hygiene/README rewrite, including the evidence-backed decision to keep the CI test map and audit summary. - Record the four 0028 usability fixes, the 312 -> 321 test move, the coverage map lesson, and the green PR/main CI run ids. - Refresh the AGENTS snapshot, README verification counts, stage index, and carried-forward items.
