- Remove obsolete historical guides, handoff/state copies, completed plan bodies, and the internal AI review skill.
- Keep a compact stage index and a current project-state snapshot.
- Keep the CI-required test map and shrink the audit report to a summary.
- Restructure the English/Chinese README with badges, one screenshot plus a folded status board, architecture, usage, verification, roadmap, and non-goals.
