[Fix flaky tests ] - Replace contact email with Canny board link

Updated contact information to direct users to the Canny board for feedback and feature requests.

Description

Replaced Sebastian's email for our newly created Canny Board AI/Chunk category where customers can submit feedback.

Reasons

To make it easy for the product team to scan through Chunk's feedback.
