added in some browan/merryiot devices which i have adjusted and changed decoders so as not to error on the
Fix JS codec / Buffer module unable to import ieee754 module.issue after updating to ChirpStack v4.17.I have some more but they will need to be updated to pass ieee754 module, I do not have these devices to run any tests.
