Latest firmware 0.3.0 for Charge SOM supports the DBC version 0.0.4 with support for partnumber reading. To include these messages in our documentation, we also need to enable them in our helper tool. Signed-off-by: Michael Heimpold <michael.heimpold@chargebyte.com>
