Registers three fwupd modules from cfengine/modules - inventory-fwupd: inventory hardware firmware versions, pending updates, and host security attributes (HSI) via fwupd - manage-fwupd: ensure fwupd is installed, optionally apply firmware updates for devices matching an allow-list with deferred reboot - compliance-report-fwupd: compliance report for firmware security posture via fwupd HSI and update status (49 conditions)
