CLAUDE.md follows rtldev-middleware-template's skeleton and states only what this repository's own files show; sections with nothing verifiable are left out. .claude/skills/jira-conventions/SKILL.md is rendered from rtldev-middleware-template's copy plus this repository's row in rtldev-middleware-workspace's .github/jira-skill.tsv. Edit it there, not here: a weekly job in the workspace fails on a copy that differs. Refs: RSRMID-3109
