Adds plugins-in-cap-apps.md covering four plugins not yet in capire: SAP Document Management Service, Advanced Event Mesh, SAP Cloud Application Event Hub, and Audit Log Service NG. Updates the menu to include both the new guide and the renamed non-CAP guide.
