The current star history chart is broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Switch the chart to star-history.dera.page, which uses an alternative data source that requires no API token.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken because GitHub stargazer API restrictions prevent the previous provider from rendering it. This change points the chart to star-history.dera.page, a working alternative that needs no API token.
