This PR adds a wait for Busy to be high on init.
It seems to be necessary according to an official example: https://github.com/waveshareteam/e-Paper/blob/master/RaspberryPi_JetsonNano/python/lib/waveshare_epd/epd5in65f.py#L108
Also, I observed that without the "wait", the performance depends on a controller (probably on the fact how fast the controller is), i.e. ESP32C6 - worked, ESP32S3 - did not.
The change fixed the issue.
