Align HTTP and HTTP/2 with inspector by redeeming numbered registrations through guest exports. Retain callback resources per component, serialize invocation, and retire resources after close. Run the direct HTTP/2 component against real clients and servers, including TLS, session errors, concurrent requests, isolation, relistening, and disposal. Fix client resource exports and WIT result conversion exposed by the expanded coverage. Verified: 99 HTTP/HTTP2 shim tests, 32 CLI integration tests, both TypeScript builds, lint, and formatting.
