options --full and --since for bulk actions
Cover the latest-default scope (newest take, one activity row per node), --full backfill, and --since windowing. Key regression: a take that references a schema older than --since must still pull that schema, in both latest and full mode, or planner/activity land orphaned. parseSince: relative durations (incl. 1.5d), negative rejection, and absolute UTC dates.
