Add tests for the relfrozenxid/relminmxid work in 6fd7245: - counterAge arithmetic incl. wraparound and the 0-sentinels - vacuum-health anti-wraparound recommendations (xid and multixact), plus the healthy/partitioned-parent quiet cases - planner content hash ignores the volatile DatabaseXid/DatabaseMxid reference counters but still reflects the stable raw xids (dedup guard) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
